One on one individualized training to meet your specific needs. Specifically, workouts will focus on enhancing speed, functional strength, flexibility and stamina.

You will learn a variety of key techniques, including how to successfully evade and block strikes and wrestle with your opponents, many of which are described in the courses overview.

A thorough initial consultation will be conducted where various aspects of your training routine can be observed and evaluated. From this point a specific program will be prepared to help you reach your goals and take your game to the next level! Training can be conducted in the gym or an outdoor setting.
