COURSES: Functional Strength Training for football


Coach Bourne performs 'Functional Strength' drills with Aaron

This course entails the innovative use of different types of Functional Strength Training. Functional Strength Training mimics the type of resistance you encounter on the playing field and therefore directly translates to the playing field and your ability to play football.
